Candidates for this Award are asked to write an essay, short story, poem or group of poems, short play or other
work dealing imaginatively with any theme. This $2,000 Prize (administered by the University of Canterbury) is
open to all undergraduates, and graduates of not more than three years’ standing. Regulations and application
forms are in the display racks outside the Scholarships Office, in the ITS Building (which is located at the lake
end of the Gate One car park).
