King Saud University (KSU) was aware of the urgent need for high quality research in the field of education and information, and established a Centre of Excellence in Information Management (CoEIA), as a new addition to its wealth of intellectual Various specialized faculties. The Centre is the main source of information security experience in the region and made both nationally and internationally renowned experts in the field of vision for a world-class research centres in conjunction with internationally accepted.

International cooperation with high quality information security, researchers and practitioners is also part of the mission CoEIA strategy on technology transfer and mutual exchange of knowledge to solve security problems in the information more effective. CoEIA in childhood and in the struggle for support to achieve its vision and mission increasingly recognized internationally as a centre of information on security issues.
