The Graduate school of Gadjah Mada University established a Doctoral Program in 1950 and Graduate Program in 1980. The era of Globalization and modernization had been influencing society to always improve their formal education to the graduate and doctoral level. It can be seen in the increasing number of graduate and doctoral students at GMU. American Indonesian Exchange Foundation is pleased to announce availability of the 2009-2010 Fulbright Scholarships to study in the United States. Grants are competitive, comprehensive, and generally cover tuition and fees, textbook allowance, monthly maintenance, international airfare and health insurance. All disciplines and fields of study are eligible for a Fulbright award, EXCEPT medical filed in patient care or medical training.

Applications are invited for scholarships funded by the British Government for Postgraduate study in the UK during the 2008/09 academic year. This year up to 35 full scholarships are offered for one year Master degrees. Courses at various universities and professional institutions in the UK including courses in media, finance, economics, politics, law, management, engineering, gender, environment, democracy etc. The application form is available from this website only between 1 – 30 September 2007.
