Hasselt University - This PhD research is in the framework of cooperation between the Institute of Materials Research and inter-university Microelectronics Center (IMEC). In the group of inorganic and physical chemistry and in a very interdisciplinary context (chemistry / physics materials / electronics), the study will be undertaken towards the development and introduction of new materials for metal oxide micro / nano-electronic devices, technologies of the future generations to meet the growing demand for miniaturisation.
