Cell, 21:135, 2006; Nature Immunol., 9:245, 2008; PNAS, 106:17847, 2009).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> We are using mouse models and molecular approaches to study the deficiency of E3 ubiquitin ligases in the development, differentiation, and activation of leukocytes, and their role in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases using mouse models of arthritis, allergic airway inflammation, tumor metastasis, and diabetes.
