The ALA Fellowships program aims to develop leadership, address priority regional issues and build partnerships and linkages with developing countries.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe ALA Fellowships program is a global program that complements AusAID\u2019s scholarship program. ALA Fellowships do not lead to academic qualifications. They are designed to provide short term opportunities for study, research and professional attachment programs in Australia delivered by Australian organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Through the ALA Fellowships program, Australian organisations can apply for funding to support a range of activities that will develop expertise and leadership capacity in eligible countries. Applications are accepted from Australian organisations only; individuals are not eligible to apply directly.<\/p>\n<p>ALA Fellowships are available across a broad range of fields relevant to Australia\u2019s foreign policy agenda or development issues.
