From April 1st, 2008, onwards 12 PhD scholarship are available!
\nIn addition, one qualification scholarship is available<\/strong>!
\nRecipients of qualification scholarships may later apply to those PhD scholarships.
\nQualification scholarships are meant to allow applicants with a B.Sc. or FH-Diploma degree to qualify for PhD scholarships, according to our regulations (Promotionsordnung). For PhD scholarships we expect University diploma or master degrees.

\nBackground<\/strong>: The University of Oldenburg, Germany, offers since April 1st, 2005
\n14 PhD Scholarships<\/p>\n

to applicants with an excellent graduate degree in Computer Science, Law, or closely related disciplines.<\/p>\n

Qualification scholarships will be provided at \u00e2\u201a\u00ac 800.- per month. This is the net income; no taxes are raised on these scholarships. Additional allowance is allotted based on marital status and number of children (\u00e2\u201a\u00ac 154). Qualification scholarships will be granted for up to one year.<\/p>\n

PhD scholarships will be provided at \u00e2\u201a\u00ac 1,365.- per month plus \u00e2\u201a\u00ac 103.- for non-personal costs. This is the net income; no taxes are raised on these scholarships. Additional allowance is allotted based on marital status and number of children. PhD scholarships will be granted for up to three years.<\/p>\n
