After the position is funded by the University of Joseph Fourier (Grenoble) and is part of an ongoing project between the two laboratories: Francois Olivier, TIMC, Faculty of Medicine (olivier.francois @ imag.fr) and Oscar Gaggiotti, LECA, Alpine Ecology Lab (oscar.gaggiotti @ ujf-grenoble.fr).<\/p>\n
It should begin in September 2008, but an opportunity sooner or later commencement date of May will be discussed with applicants.<\/p>\n
Doctors compatriots will be located in one of two laboratories, strong interaction with people from other laboratory located in the same city. Candidates must have solid experience in at least one of the following areas: biostatistics, bioinformatics and population genetics. Request for scientists in the field of machine learning is also encouraged.<\/p>\n
