The nursing shortage has affected all areas of nursing practice including a shortage of qualified Nursing Faculty. In an effort to address this need Rhodes State College with help from the regions’ health care systems involved in the Nursing Expansion Project have developed a scholarship to assist nursing faculty, nurses and graduates to obtain their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and/or their Master Degree in Nursing (MSN).

The available scholarship monies have been divided into two areas; money to assist the ADN graduate in the pursuit of their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and money to assist the BSN graduate to pursue their Master Degree of Nursing.
