The Bernard C. Harris Memorial Scholarship is offered by Harris Connect to promote and support higher education opportunities for Catholic High School graduates. It was established in 1994, in honor of our founder, Bernard C. Harris, himself a product of Catholic education and a man who strongly believed that family values and a spirit of entrepreneurship and commitment to community provide the foundation for success in business and personal life. The scholarship is administered through the Guidance Departments of accredited Catholic High Schools across the country. Awards of $1,000 each are given to one student in each of four regions. Our 2006 winners were Ulrich Inge, Xavier HS; Christopher Kohler, St. Mark’s HS; Celestina Ripley, Notre Dame HS; and Christopher Corrado, St. Xavier HS.
